Hi, Im Jennifer, a Pilates instructor with a background in holistic wellness. My personal experience with Pilates transformed my own strength, mobility, and overall well-being, and it inspired me to create FreeFlow Pilates to help others experience those same benefits in their own bodies.

My teaching style is supportive, approachable, and focused on clear instruction and mindful movement. My goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable at every stage of your journey, no matter where you’re starting from.
